"Paperless Government" is the strategic objective that various government departments and departments in Dubai are seeking to implement through a number of programs and initiatives that look forward to the future and utilize the means of communication and the latest technologies to achieve it.

Dubai Municipality signed the first agreement with the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai with the use of intelligent electronic panels. The virtual meeting between the directors of the two sides took place via three-dimensional screens. The agreement provides for the exchange of expertise between Dubai Municipality and the Civil Defense Department in the field of geo-spatial and geographic infrastructure to provide a comprehensive and unified baseline to facilitate the use of the latest technologies for planning, designing and managing development projects in the Emirate of Dubai.

The hologram is the product of holography. This is historically a process of photography in relief. Today, a hologram represents a three-dimensional image appearing as "suspended in the air". The word hologram comes from the Greek holos ("in whole") and graphein ("to write").
